The p0351 is the code for peak primary circuit current not achieved
with maximum dwell time. This dtc will also light the check engine
lamp. Check the harness/connector at the ignition coil. Check
the distributor cap (inner and outer) for signs of arcing. Check
the coil primary resistance. It should measure less than 2 ohms
if it's okay.
