I wouldn't be too impressed with the TrailBlazer's I6 or anything based on
it. First, the torque is really thin and power doesn't come on until high
in the RPM range. True, the average numbskull won't know the difference,
unfortunately.

However, my dad wanted a TrailBlazer for a while (he has this weird Chevy
affliction that I haven't been able to cure him of). He was all set to
get one, and started talking to a friend who works as a sales guy at a
Chevy dealer.

The Chevy sales guy's advice? "Don't get one of those for a few years at
least. The engine has a habit of self-destructing at random."

My dad wanted to get a Yukon instead. My mom wanted one of the cute
little mini Blazers. Guess which one they got (Mom wins again :-).
