If you are running NA, you could pull the piston and just hone the wall.
That and a new ring set should leave it quite useable. That cylinder will
probably come up a tad weaker on a compression test, but probably nothing to
worry about.
How were the other cylinder compression pressures? Rather close grouping?
If not, then it might be time to consider a new block.
