It probably wouldn't hurt to spray some PB blaster on there
a day or two before the install. Maybe squirt some in there
on wednesday, again thursday, and maybe a final shot friday
just before the install. I don't know how stubborn those bolts
are, but usually it helps to give the penetrant plenty of time
to work in.
