   Most decent hardware stores should carry that sort of thing,
though a lot of what they have is compression fittings so you
might need to go to an auto parts store. It depends on the
fittings you need also. (Wasn't that helpful?) I guess the
best thing to do is to go in and check. Of course, before you
do that you'll need to know what size the hard line is which you
will be flaring. This is assuming of course that its even
a standard size (might be metric) and assuming it isn't something
which will be a pain to flare like stainless, etc...
