As for emmissions, no I dont have to pass any emmissions test in IL that I
have ever heard about, I simply need to inform the Drivers Services Facility
about the engine cyl. change for my registration.

At this juncture, purchasing a magnum v8 has been near impossible for their
locations and my cash flow at present.. I do intend to part out the body and
such for whatever I may be able to get sold then scrap the rest...

Back to the pre-Mag part, even with it being pre-mag it has got to have more
ass than my v6 HP and Torque wise wouldn't it? I'm certainly not interested
in a powerhouse, I really have no need for it other than towing.. I guess
my decision has probably already been made to do it.. and will have to
modify it later since I need to do this for my mom, it's the only thing of
Dads that she can enjoy.

I guess what I really need to know is what the "Factory" Horsepower and
Torque of a '91 pre-Mag 318 is and also of what it is on my v6 Mag.

Thanks for the input, but even if its near the same I am likely going
forward with it. I have a Mopar buddy helping me and will inquire with him
what "mods" can be made more or less quickly to give it a little more...

Thanks again for the input..
