42RE, Powergold warranty 3/60k mile Parts and Labor

Contact Robert-- $1495 + shipping (and your old core)-- Shipping for me will run $260 (new tranny to me in California, then my core back to him)... Should be similar for you.

If you look at that price -- $1495 + $260 + ~$60 for a hd tranny cooler (and your converter is included with the price -- $1815 + install (I am getting mine done for $325)-- and it's a completely reman'd tranny-- all new hard parts, all new seals... and not some 'replaced only this and that' tranny. I have had MAJOR problems with AAMCO in the past. I would hate to see another Dakota owner go through the same. FYI-- I bought a 'rebuilt' 727 Big block tranny from phx hardparts last year--- yeah, it was cheap-- but also it wasn't completely reman'd either-- the planetary gear is blown out-- and whines like a supercharger--- so, before you go that route be forewarned.
