APS is in CA. www.apsprecision.com I have a Super Torque Twister in
transit at the moment. This is for the 99 R/T race truck. It is built
beyond a 48RE (HO Diesel) in terms of torque capability.

They have brand new 46REs available, as well as some other units. They do
custom build ups, or rebuilds as well.
