for 52s? they'd be perfect for about 15" of lift and portal axles (Mog
404 axles need 20" rims to clear their stock brakes so these would be
perfect for that), I'd say.

as for milage..... 31s with 3.55s versus 52s with 7.17s or so makes
for a 20% change for the better. 10% change for the better if you've
got 3.92s now. Probably not *quite* enough to make up for the extra
moving mass of the tires and wheels at speed, but with a 4:1 kit in
your 231, I think you'd be in great shape!
(nah, I never think about things like this)
oh, and that's a very good price on those tires.
