Summer air huh? Let's not get started on that...
Running at 20# is quite a bit low, I'm suprised that your tires weren't
showing pretty good cupping wear. 33# - 36# is right about where I'd run,
if you go too much, you'll wear on only the centers of the tires. Granted,
you'll get better mileage, but you'll sacrifice grip and tire wear. The
best way to figure out how much air to run in your tires is to do the shoe
polish trick. Apply some white shoe polish to the tread of the tire and
roll the truck forward or backward a couple of tire rotations. If the
polish wears evenly across the whole tread surface, you've found the magic
pressure.
