Just found out that my brother took a down payment on his house in
Florida on Sunday from a prequalified buyer, and things move pretty
quick down there. Assuming the home appraises (and the bank already
said they anticipated no problems there) it will be closing in a
couple/few weeks. At that point, the entire contents of his 3 bedroom
home will be dropped off at DML HQ, since he will be living with us
for a while until he gets his new house built up here. (The shop
is the only place we have to put the stuff, the other buildings
are either already full and/or too damp to store things like that
without ruining them.)
Its sort've like one of those "inventory reduction" sales -
"everything must go". ;-) Until we can get my brother's stuff
moved elsewhere, the shop won't be usable as a shop for a while -
it'll bear more resemblance to a furniture warehouse. :-P
