   Absolutely. :-) That's all I use mine for... "Just in case" I have
to get towed. I've never used any of the other AAA "benefits" except
possibly to get a small discount at a hotel. Maybe one of these days
when I drive down to Florida to see my brother I should have them
put together one of those "trip tick" things, or whatever they are
and see if they are any good. I've gotten by fairly well with the
GPS and the laptop so far though. :-)

  Actually, it would be nice if they offered a "stripped down" AAA
service, which would just cover the towing without all the extra
junk. (Perhaps a competitor might look into doing something like
that.) Save some money on the yearly dues and only pay for the
services ("insurance") that I actually anticipate using.

  BTW, thanks for the "inside look" there, Walt! Always interesting
to see it from the other side. :-)
