| B.S. The warranty is good anywhere. If you bought the truck someplace
| else, they should be glad to be getting your service business.

| My truck was originally sold in Idaho. I bought it used in Utah, and

| Look for a 5-star dealer, and don't take this kind of crap from them.
Jason, you're completely correct in that a Chrysler dealer is a Chrysler
dealer is a Chrysler dealer when dealing w/ warranty work.
However, Steve's also slightly out of warranty on this part (by 1500
miles), so he may have a harder time talking a dealership he's never
worked with into doing the work on warranty. They'd be well-advised to
do it for the good faith, but they can correctly be sticklers about it
being past the 36K warranty if they want to.
