Ok... I've been busy today. After talking with Tom, we've got the event
profile up and going. Obviously there will be a lot of changes to it as we
go along, but it's a start. The page can be seen at:

There wasn't enough space on the page to include all the info we're
collecting about this meet, so I've created a second page (link is on the
event profile) that will contain all the info we collect and research
regarding the event. If you go to the site:

you'll see all the suggested activities and the suggested locations with as
much info as I could collect in one day. I've pretty much had it with the
research stuff for now. I've included all the info that was supplied via
e-mail to the list too. Big thanks for that guys :-) As you can tell, the
info & links about the locations are far from complete, but bear with me...
there's only so much I can do in one day.. hehehehe. I'd appreciate
anything anyone wants to add or research on their own and wants it added on.
I'll update both sites as soon as we get more info and time.
Jason and I are working with Tom on this as it's far too much work for just
one person to organize. We're looking at Tom as the President of all this
organizing as it was his idea to start this up again.. hehehehe. Yup, Tom..
you brought it up... it's your baby now :-) You know that we'll do as much
as we can.
