Blue is used for volunteer fire personnel in NY...
Green is EMT...
Law enforcement is red/yellow/white combo...
Road crews/snow removal/towing/utilities use yellow...

Mass. Police use blue/white/yellow combo...

Can't tell ya about Pa. or Oh...
