Ummm, sorry Quintin, not shaft mounted either. Magnums are unique as
Mopars go. Pull a valve cover and see for yourself. The conversion kit I
mentioned before is used to convert to stud mounted rockers. There's no
other way I know of to change the rocker ratio. You may also have trouble
finding 1.5 rockers that will fit since they were never a factory part for
magnums.

If you still want to pursue this you should call up Crane cams or Comp cams
and inquire about the parts needed. This is not something you want to
choose on your own from a chevy article.
