That may well be, Bernd, but my post to Cory was a direct reply
to what he asked and what he says is the source of the smell.

"Looking for a quick cure for a funky smell coming out of
the air vents on my 97 dak. I have slowly been cleaning
everything in my truck to get rid of the smell and have recently
found the cause to be the vents. If anyone has a quick and
easy method of cleaning the vents, please provide."

The Toronto Star writer who used Fresh Air (on his Caravan)
for the same problem as Cory's has been reviewing/testing/
recommending/writing about the plus and minus of automotive
products in a weekly column for the do-it-your-selfer for well
over a decade. I have tried some of his recommendations and
he has not been wrong nor have I ever found him to have
exaggerated his findings one way or the other to date.

Bob
