I'm not Josh but I do know all about driving from your area to here....
  I did it 4 times a year during college.

What I'd reccomend is 94 south and then run around ChiTown on 294 down
to 80 east and then ride that until it picks up 94 again and eventually
90. then keep to 80/90 across IN and OH and when they split keep north
to 90. depending on when you hit Cleveland it can be a good idea to
bypass but midday as you will be I'd stick to 90 and keep it simple.

once you go through PA and get into NY look for the Silver Creek exit,
58, and from there you can follow Jon's directions. There's another way
to get there from the Fredonia exit but it's quite a bit more
complicated.....
