sorry andy, but you're wrong.
they moved from use/axle/passenger/tire/etc guideline with the old toll
schedule to a much simpler height/axle classification.

Jason's toll difference is the difference between 4L and 4H (4 axles
below and above,7'6 in height, respectively)
