One of my sisters bought a 2003 Neon SXT brand spankin' new. It's a
fantastic little car. She routinely gets 35mpg out of it. She records
mileage for tax reasons. I've driven it a few times. It handles well,
rides nice, and only cost her about $14k. I would not hesitate to buy
one myself were I in the market for a small sedan. I only had one
problem: the clutch pedal is a little too light for my tastes.
