I put in a 360 from a 95 RAM in my 95 CC Oct 2002.. put 75k miles on
it since then.

re: 1. I have a NV3500 and had to get a new flywheel.. The NV3500 worked
fine.

re: 2: I had new aftermarket motor mounts installed - they didn't last very
long. Went with Mopar ones and they have lasted. I changed the
transmission mount also.

re: 3: I've tried PCMs from 2 different 95 RAMs and my 318 PCM and I
couldn't tell any difference.. I go get trans temp codes- overdrive codes
and the 5th gear shift light stays on with the RAM PCMs. I think the MP
intake might be causing a idle problem. I'm not sure. No one here can
tell me what the problem is. I'm using my 318s 19lb injectors. Same 318
throttle body. Scanner said it was a little lean. I'm going back to the
beer barrel intake when I get the time and $$. I tried other 19lb
injectors ( Bosch ) did not work for me.

re: 4: Get your radiator cleaned and rodded before you use it on the 360.
Under normal load mine was fine. While towing it overheated. It was a 3
year old brass tank radiator that I used super flush on but that just will
not get it clean. I pulled it and it was about 1/3 clogged by mystery
gunk. Had it rodded and its fine now.

5: The oil pan from the RAM did not work. Frame parts in the way. Had to
get a new one. Don't know if we tried the pan from the 318. I think the
oil pickup had to be moved around.

6. The 360 makes a lot more heat. The pasenger upper control arm bushings
and went at 290 K miles and now at 307k miles the passenger side fender
flap looks cooked. I'm considering headers because of the heat.
