I had some data retreived from a disk by them about 8 months ago. Work paid
the tab but it wasn't too bad. I think it was about $500 for the retreival
of ~15GB of data. They'll estimate your drive for free in about 48 hours
after they get it. If you don't have them do the work you just have to pay
for return shipping.
