Thanks. I was just about at my wits end with it. I'd have never thought a
"new" water pump could be bad right out of the box like that. Even the guy
at Car Quest though it was unusual, he said he's never had one come back
defective right out of the box before mine.

I'm a little upset it toasted the week-old belt I had on there though. At
$50 a pop there's other things I'd rather be spending my money on.

This will probably be my last reman part though. I'd never had any issues in
the past but this latest series of events has been rediculous enough where
I'm not even going to chance it again.
