Ok, that is a little different then. If you were running it in a Dak with a
current (96+) PCM, it would have problems. I am sure the tranny would work, but
the PCM would be throwing codes because it could not see or control the tranny.

I have no idea what problems you would run into with a Wrangler. I am sure
there would have to be some fabrication involved to get the tranny to fit. I
think the manual PCM you have should be fine if you are successful in shorting
out the various wires.

You might have to do something with the gauges, but I'm not sure. They may not
work with the new PCM.

Good luck with the swap. Have you checked the Jeep forums? I know they have
some go fast guys over there that might be able to help.
