First, hit them with PB Blaster [ask for it by name] every half hour for
3-4 hours. Totally soak the joint. Look at the new rotors to see what
you are dealing with. If you don't have new rotors yet, go buy some, I
broke one of mine getting it off, at very least you are going to bugger
them up.
Just pound the snot out of them, and eventaully they will come off. I
ended up using a 4lb sledge, and I actually broke a big chunk off of one
of mine pounding on it to get it off. Then before re-assembly,
wirebrush out the mating surface, then a thin layer of grease or
antisieze will make your day much easier next time...
