Ok guys, ever think about this one?
Do u look upon your Dakota(SC,CC,or QC)as just a truck
to drive,or something thats a part of your life?
Personally,i love my current Dakota Quad Cab,"Bad
Attitude".It was the replacement to my 1st Quad Cab
that i totalled last year.Frankly,i cant do without
her. She's that important to me(not just something on 4
wheels & a motor).
Last month,she turned 100,000 miles.It's my 1st
vehicle since 1970 with a V8.The original owner
ordered her with virtually every option you could
order(3.55 LSD,9.25 rear end,PS,PB,CRUISE,TILT,POWER
SEATS,etc)plus Tow Group,Tranny Cooler,etc.
I've never owned such a well equipped rig in my
life.With a Flowmaster 40 Muffler,AIRRAID Cold Air
System,Mobil 1 5w30,i'm getting 15 city/20 hwy,and on
some trips 22-23mpg.I had her on the dyno, shes at
265hp/340# torque....
I love my truck enough i enter car shows with her.I
get a lot of people who cant believe i have over
100,000 miles on "Bad Attitude".Just last saturday,i
took 2nd place in the Poynette Car Show.(I'm 5 of 6
shows this year!)
I'm 50 yrs old.I dont plan on getting rid of her, even
if gas was $4 a gallon...
Anyone else feel this way about your Dak?
(Especially if yours is a Quad Cab)
