It depends on how competitive you're looking to get. That setup will end up
hampering your performance in the long run. I'm sure it'll handle much
better than stock but you won't be able to push it as hard.

Yep, I rebuilt mine the last time I changed my brakes. It all depends on how
much time you're willing to spend on it. I'm a cheap bastard so it's worth
my time to sit there and do the work. If you don't have the time or
motivation just swap calipers.
