No, you want to lift the *frame*. The body is not load-bearing. Or, you
can lift the axle, but lift it enough that when you put the frame on the
jackstands & drop the jack, the suspension still gets full droop.

But that's just for the rear. The front, you have to lift & support by
the frame, there's no other choice.
