Check the signal wire that turns the amp on. I've had that signal go bad
 from my head unit before. I dont know how your system is hooked up, but
check the input wires on both ends. If it is RCA's, make sure there are
firmly plugged into the head unit. Also check the connection of the signal
wire and/or high level input wires where they connect with your head unit.
The connection could have come loose there. Perhaps the speaker wires have
come loose inside the box or soemthing.
