It's water pump time!

I just finally made it home, I had the bearings let go in the water pump on
my 92 Dak about 2 hours from home. So I'm looking for any pointers on doing
the water pump on a 92 5.2L with A/C and power steering. I figure since the
engine has almost 300,000 KM on it I will probably do the timing chain as
well since I'm going to be almost all the way in there.

Just looking for any tips or tricks everyone may have.
