If thats what it is....MAN is that annoying! The more mods I do to the engine
the worse it gets...maybe because there is more flow through them?

In a very non-scientific test, I put a flathead screwdriver against the
heatshield and felt it move on me when it popped (drivers side). Could it be
anything else? A crack in the head or block or something?

So basically all I need to do is go with a set of aftermarket headers
(mopar/PPH, spintech, etc.) and it should dissapear?

I remember the V6 headers making a "little" bit of noise on warm-up/cool-down
but it was never that loud and audible.
