Anyone up on their brewing tech would know that not all hops are created
equal. Hops take on a specific flavor depending on where they're grown and
in almost all cases even the same variety will have a different flavor
profile dependent on the region it's grown in.

For instance: Northern Brewer grown in the US will have a different flavor
than that grown in the UK or Germany. In Germany it's even called by a
different name (Hallertauer NB) and the flavor profile varies greatly to that
of US grown varieties.
