Not really, in this case. There aren't discrete resistors on the board.
I
suppose you could drill the board and mount some to replace the burned
out
section(s) of it, but the board was pretty cheap ($20) and it didn't
seem
worth it to me to hack it up.

The resistor board isn't the issue here it's the pigtail on the harness.
The output contact on that to the blower melted. The pigtail is like
$80 from the stealer.....
