I usually have my windows open all the time in the summer (rain and all).
It's not bad in hot temps if you're moving but gets sticky real fast when
you're stopped and there's no breeze, so I pop the a/c on at stoplights. If
I'm gridlocked I'll roll them up and leave the a/c on though. I'm not just
driving around with the a/c on all the time.
I can't can't speak for the other guy though...
