Ping at WOT and high RPM

I've been having issues with a ping at high RPMs (over 4k) on my '95 318
Dak, generally only at wide throttle openings.

I thought it might be the bad cat, so I changed that and put on 3"
exhaust, but no fix. Then I thought it was carbon buildup so I went and
did the seafoam in the brake booster line thing and thoroughly pissed
off my neighbors (not that I care, I'm tired of their cig and pot smoke
anyhow) but I still got a nasty rat-a-tat-tat when I floor it.

I've got the MP ECU, running 92 octane at all times, with a 180F t-stat.

I dunno if I should just go buy a can of the Mopar Combustion chamber
cleaner since I've heard it works better than Seafoam or if maybe my
intake belly pan is blown... ugh. I already have a spare intake with
one of the aluminum plate aftermarket belly pans but I'm not looking
forward to the work to install it.

Any other ideas? Colder plugs maybe? This thing sees a lot of city
stop/go traffic though and I don't want to deal with fouled plugs...

Thanks,

M.B.
