got the same story from some blonde bimbo "sales mgr." she was trying
to talk me into one of their v6's off the lot...

she said

 "There's not much diff. between the v8 and v6"

when I asked her if she had actually driven both.. (she hadn't)
and then I made the comment that yeah.. I guess 55-60 hp
 wasn't THAT much of a difference (sarcastically,,.. I think I
threw something in there about ftlbs of torque, cubic inches
etc: you know that Tim Allen more power.. Argh ARggh
ARRRGH! talk)

she shut up.. that was after she was hammered the first time
by my wife (when she asked what we wanted to pay per month)

We told her that this was a cash transaction and that final
price was the object, she shut up quickly there and moved on
to the next tactic (previous)

We did buy from the same dealer but through a fleet program and several
months later... which much less hasssle

It's supposed to be here in time for Christmas! :)
