I'm just going to leave mine alone... I put on an aftermarket rear sway bar
to help on corners, and the hardware for that (u-bolts, etc.) is already
completely rusted as well.. Chalk it up to living in the rust belt (I am,
anyway) and hope it doesn't get serious... Couple folks on the list had
brought their trucks back for chromed items rusting early. I've noticed
some rust on my chrome rims (I shoulda got the Predators), the hole for the
ball hitch in my rear bumper, and the inside of the rear bumper is quite
rusty already as well as lots of the undercarriage stuff... I was thinking
of trying to get the Chrysler rep to trade my chrome wheels for a set of the
Predators, but somehow I don't think they'll go for it... maybe I should
just take 'em off, and put a set of aftermarket ones on.... Hmmmm....
I *HATE* rust... but then again, I didn't buy the truck to keep it garaged,
I bought it to drive it!!
