There is a TSB on the tailgate for problems closing it in the winter. They
put different rubber "stoppers" which are smaller, I think. I was told that
there may be some rattle in the summer if you exchange the stoppers though.
I've actually avoided this problem by pushing on both sides of the tailgate
when closing it. This has worked fine down to -30 degrees F this winter.
