Given proper inflation, rotation, balancing and alignment as noted
above, you're
right - it is probably due to high speed, but in cornering, not in a
straight line. Tall
tires and a tippy truck make the problem worse. Lower profile, wider,
stiffer sidewall
tires will help some, but it is hard to say how much. I don't see a
higher speed rating
helping any in itself. So you've got a choice: slow down more for the
corners (ho hum),
or keep changing those tires. I know which choice I made!
