This may just settle it for my gasket dilemma. Looks like I'll be
sending back the cork/lam ones. Have to run over to Mancini Racing and pick up
some of the Mopar Heavy Duty gaskets tonight.

Normally you shouldn't have to worry about blowin' out a v.c. gasket
unless you over/under torqued the bolts. In my case and the instance Kuk was
referring to the concern arises from using an older small block Mopar 5 bolt
cover on the Magnum motor. It's not so much the 5 bolts as it is the mismatch
in shape of the covers. I'll let everyone know how my Edelbrock's fit after I
get the motor cleaned (all that damn Michigan winter salt!) and get the covers
installed.

Ooh, ooh, is that a challenge I hear? Next time yer in the Motor City I
might just have ta whip yer trucks butt, eh Scott? ;) I's jes luv a good street
race.... ;). Hopefully I'll have the MSD installed by then!

Yeah Ned, keep us posted on the TBI. This is definitely an upgrade I'm
interested in. Hey, Kendall, how'd your "Ducote Performance" TBI work out for
ya?
