     For firmer pedal feel you can replace the stock rubber lines in front
     with teflon lined braided steel lines. These lines don't expand like
     the stock types and give instant pedal feel.

The brakes are smooth, but I would like some more power, and a much firmer
pedal. They do not inspire confidence with a 3000+ pound trailer (without
trailer brakes).
