Hey Dave;
That's basically what I did the night I took delivery of my DAK 2/13/97 and
it took a month to get a new rearend. I'd recommend that the dealer check
the welds on your axle tubes and make sure they did not shear. BTW, my
dealer called me this morning and said that the rearend "THEY" ordered
arrived yesterday, still HOT coded. They are going to send it back, it
only took three months to get, good thing I called CC and got the one I am
now using in three weeks. Good Luck!
