Ooooo! Ooooo! Can I answer this one? :^)

Take your truck back to the dealer and complain about the squeak. I did and
then replaced a number of things (I don't have the invoice at hand right now)
and the squeak went away. I was expecting them to just squirt some lube on the
mechanism but they ordered a handful of parts *under warranty* without me
prodding them.

Very nice, very nice.

One thing: I only noticed the squeak when the temps got down to minus
15 or minus 20 (farenheit, of course :^) )

I hate squeaks, too. Take it to the dealer and have it fixed on their dime.
:^) :^) :^)
