Actually, the Neon has better than just a halfway decent engine in it. In
fact, it has a very good engine (don't dis it cause it's not a massive V8).
There are also *lots* of performance upgrade parts available for those
engines. With a little $$ in mods, they could be kickin our a$$es up and
down the block on a regular basis.
