I agree that some of the 4 bangers are quick - but I prefer a large
block
myself. I have the 3.9L V-6 which is still pretty nice (sounds a LOT
better than a 4) I think those 4 bangers sound like vacuum cleaners.

Try this: Race a 4 banger thats faster than your V8 when the dude (or
dudette :> ) has a car full of people. It'll have a hard time getting
out of its own way (assuming you had the same amount of weight in your
truck).
