Hey John,
I was just lookin' through J. C. Whitney and found what you're lookin' for.
It's called tailgate weatherstrip and is "specially designed to seal the gap
around the tailgate on pickups with camper shell, cap or tonneau cover."
It's part number 81NZ3120N and sells for $19.95. It comes with 10' of
easy-to-trim self-adhesive custom molded weatherstripping and instructions.
This may be something you could do yourself with regular weatherstripping.
It's on page 112 of my latest copy of J. C. Whitney (#599J). Hope this helps.
