Thanks again everyone for all the good ideas.

I don't think they considered the pilot bearing. I will mention it to them.

I talked with the service manager yesterday. He has agree to contact the
"Zone Service Rep" and arrange to have him test drive my truck.

I also asked if they had checked to see if the flywheel and pressure plate
were warped. He said that they do check it with a straight edge when the put
in a new throw-out bearing (which they did when they put the new tranny in).
