im all done!! i fired it up and it idled normally, the engine light did not
come on, i drove it for 30 miles (to let the computer re-learn the mixture)
just now and i noticed a nice increase in throttle response. this mod is
definately worth it man!. the only bad part is, the roads here are all wet,
so i cant do any nice WOT's at a stand still to see if i have an even
bigger traction problem. but i do notice a definate increase in throttle
response, this mod is worth the effort i put in.

here are some pointers:

- it's easier if you remove the throttle shaft , but the riginal throttle
blade screws were a bitch to get back in, one i had to rig to work by
grinding the tip of the screw, but it worked.

- before you remove the shaft, use yer cut-off wheel on your dremel to
remove the little flashing on the other side of the threaded hole where the
bolts for the throttle blades mount because it wont come out if you dont.

- do NOT grind where the throttle blades come in contact with teh bores.
all you need to grinf away is the ridge right above the blades, there is a
big difference in size!.

- DONT BE AFRAID!! i wasnt, wear safety glases as the aluminum does fly.

- i also used a small buff wheel and some polishing compound wiht teh
dremel to smooth it out a bit more. so i guess you can say i ported and
polished my throttle body:).

Happy Grinding!
