Just ordered my thorleys, should be here in about a week. I orderd from

$20.00 shipping = $498.00 Talked to a guy named Dave who was real
helpful. If anyone is making any purchases you might want to at least
give these guys a call, they probably can't beat Summit or Jegs prices
but it never hurts to check. I also checked with Hawaii racing, someone
mentioned they were the cheapest one time. That was then this is now,
they were $525 + $18 shiping = $543 (ouch!) That's more like the '97
headers price...
I think I may install these myself with the help of a friend. If anyone
can give me any advice on how to go about removing the stock manifolds
and putting the new ones on feel free to email me privately unless
anyone else on the list needs to know also, I hate to keep taking
bandwith with Thorley stuff. Is there anything I can do now to make the
job easier next week like start soaking the bolts in some kind of
penetrating oil or anything? Any help is greatly appreciated (and
needed ;-)
