Well, I dont know how many members are here but ill say this anyway

1st i removed the right front wheel, and proceeded to break off a lower
shock bolt, oops, going to my local shop today to remedy this.

2nd Started smoking again...see 1st item

3rd changed left shock in 6 minutes flat no problems

4th installed MSD 6AL, Blaster3, MSD HeliCoil Wires, Echlin Cap and Rotor.
Wire were a PITA for the first 2, then learned the better ways to do them
(for those who are curious, the wire are a universal kit you have to put
the ends on) dielectric grease is good for many things... THIS THING RUNS
SMOOOOOOOTH NOW! Cap and rotor were worn out bad, (52k miles) had two
wires with real bad contacts on cap, did not realize how bad it was until i
changed all this out. Just dont follow the instructions in the MSD Manual,
they say it is a misprint...(Dont use the Magnetic Pickup Wire) Mounted
the MSD between the windshield washer bottle and the underhood fuse box on
wheel well, mounted Blaster 3 on rear firewall in center at slight tilt,
looks pretty cool and was only open place i could find without going to
sides and i did not want the long coil cable. 6AL with those rubber feet
was perfect for mounting on round surface of wheel well.
Well enough steam blown off
